wuming78 SG u mean u all haven been told about it, but the prep has started?? lancer is mostly jcc (dont tell me u all haven been told about THAT) den theres a few days of inf exercise wich involves rco. but tt is really nothing compared to jcc - at least for me. den its the lousiest rnr. and tts it. 21 daes. well. seems like becoming an instructor is one of the most popular choices amongst cadets - prob cos its the most obvious and people can see what they do best. but being a pc is certainly more challenging and fulfilling - at least for me again.

wuming78 SG never heard of it. the only thing aerial is when we are heli-inserted into our starting points for chillbone - the topo back to apoi.
Joshua1975 SG Ah.... swing to small... it a 1 and a half arm swing with a jerk at the body ie the joint between the chicken throat and it small head. As the skin is thin down there it will cause it to tear and thus the body fly off which at this point of time the chicken still very alive and will be running and jumping all over the place. It not to teach you how to kill a chicken this way but to show you the neck of most 'animal' is weak and without a head you can do nothing.
wuming78 SG perhaps he was refering to the heli trg in singapore in prep for lancer? will practise the drills of emplaning and deplaning with a real chopper + a short ride.
Joshua1975 SG me NCO lancer have chinook? must be long time liao oni have UH during my time. UH will be more fun man with the door open. It will be more fun if in Thai when doing tactical flight in the valley so low and near to the river surface

wuming78 SG platoon assault course one of the final events for cadets before they commission. a competition at platoon level, where platoons basically swims i think 50m, then clears the SOC with someone on a stretcher, goes to the range to shoot, etc.
ColdMilk SG heh my last short ride on a puma ard tuas even though its only for 20 mins was veri veri shiok ... awaiting the next wan aniwae during the jcc prep while watching the video, did u guyz see ani of ur course mate crying or squeaning away ..
